Amazing support

Then she goes on to say your refund will postal service 3-5 business days. Meanwhile, your out of $900 dollars that yous tin can use for other things. It's absolutely not fair and if we all want better service nosotros have to all advocate for meliorate. I'm actually disappointed can I afford to look for the refund? And not miss out on paying my bills? Because some of you lot tin can't!!

Horrible app, fix problems

Every time I go through tolls (once, maybe twice a twelvemonth) i get late fees of $50 each fourth dimension because the app is ALWAYS not working or won't have payment for any reason when I got to pay them and I'll go on to attempt to pay it and information technology just won't work. Once the belatedly fee arrives it works just fine. And I feel like if I could just talk to someone it would be taken off for understandable reasons but New York State just wants all your money so makes it impossible to go to an actual representative and the i fourth dimension I finally got through, THEIR COMPUTERS WERE Downwardly!!! Like what in the actual heck is going on. I don't get through tolls enough to prepay for an easy pass but Jesus it would still exist cheaper to do that because I pay $50 tardily fee every fourth dimension for tolls past mail service.
